TERMS & CONDITIONS
STEM Teacher FeST 2025 ("Organizer," "we," "us") is organized by Science Centre Singapore. The Conference will be held in person on 18 November 2025 at Nanyang Polytechnic.
By registering via https://stemfest2025.emsevents.com.sg/320/participation_form you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register.
Registrants must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter these Terms. Organisations registering on behalf of individuals warrant they have permission to do so.
Organiser may modify program, sessions, or speakers without prior notice. Advertised speakers/topics are subject to change.
Conference materials are for personal use only. Presentations and materials are protected by copyright and remain the property of the presenter or Organiser unless stated otherwise. Speakers grant Organiser a non-exclusive license to record and use their materials for Conference-related purposes.
Accessibility requests should be sent to steminc@science.edu.sg at least 3 working days before the Conference. Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organiser and its affiliates are not liable for personal injury, property loss/damage, or indirect/special damages arising from attendance. Organiser’s total liability for claims related to the Conference is limited to the amount paid for registration fees.
You agree to indemnify and hold Organiser harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your actions at the Conference.
Organiser may list or provide third-party services (e.g., travel, hotels, sponsors). Organiser is not responsible for third-party services or policies.
Organiser is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, strikes). Organiser may postpone or cancel; remedies may include refund of registration fees or credit toward a future event.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You and the Organizer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the registration process, or attendance at the Conference.
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Organiser regarding Conference registration.
